What was I scared of?

Well I had to get out of the house yesterday due to a hormonally induced and quite unpleasant mood..
So what else would I do but go for some fiber therapy?
I went down to my newly discovered yarn shop and was able to wind up the wayward hanks of yarn that I have into nice neat balls! they let you come in and use their swift and winder for free!! What nice people!
So while I was there I picked up a set of Brittany DPNs #15. Yep they are big ones!
I wanted to make this to use to hold those nice center pull balls I just made to keep them nice and clean while travelling!

Finally those unrully hanks are tamed!

So I took them home and tried them out!
This isn’t so bad! After the first row it was pretty good! I didn’t poke anyone’s eyes out, I didn’t have the stitches flying all over the place! Those needles are really nice! The stitches stay put!

Take a look! Whaddya think?

not bad!

Also Brian got me these
They smell as good as they look!

I think he likes me. 😉

Well I am off to wrangle those socks into shape! Then a couple days of seaming and writing! Then some more knitting on the final project. This will be a busy week! So don’t panic if I don’t post!
