Well I am almost there. This is the point where I am finishing all the book projects and trying to get them just right! Thank goodness for the Kitchner stitch it is saving my bottom on the one project as that is the only way to join the peices so it looks good! The pattern will be written differently now so the peices are knit together!
One peice in particular was giving me trouble last night. So I just had to throw in the towel, take a nice relaxing shower, get a good night sleep and get up early and fringe!!
So now I have a success under my belt, and a plan for that project that was so troublesome.
Perhaps all those nasty thoughts of.. what am I doing? they will never accept this! I can’t do this.. perhaps they will go away!
Hopefully if they don’t they will spur me on with the challenge of yes I can!! sort of like the comment of a supervisor ‘If you can’t troubleshoot a modem then you shouldn’t be in technical support” That comment sure spurred me on! I became the modem expert! I even wrote a troubleshooting document that is still used there for troubleshooting modems!! So here I go.. jumping in with both feet I am going to lick this!!
After all I conquered DPNs right!
The numbers bag looks pretty good! I didn’t make the cords yet.
Hopefully the next entry will have a photo of me with a smile and that box there packed and on it’s way to the publisher!!
