Well Little Mr. cold hands would not try on the mitten in progress.
He ran away each time I tried to get him to try it on.
He ran away each time he saw me even pick it up.
Then I tried again last night.
He insisted it was a sock, and held his foot up for a fitting.
So I tried it on his brother and decided it was long enough so I finished it off.
Once it was off the needles. Little Mr cold hands insisted it was a hat!:shock:
He still won’t try it on.
I think this little mitten is getting some embroidery and being hung on the Christmas tree..
I was silly and knit bulky yarn on #3 Addi turbos. my thinking was that it would be a nice tight knit, and nothing would get through to those little hands to make them cold..
But if he isn’t even going to wear them I am not making a second one that way!!
I cast on the skirt, it’s 9 inches wide at the waist so hey only.. 25 more inches to go!
Ye ha!
Well the company shindig is going to be a family affair with bowling and all so I don’t think a skirt will cut it. It’s rainy here so I can’t get a good photo of it to show off the colours but they are looking nice!:mrgreen:
Oh well.
The white squares are finished for my neice’s little stuffed dog. Now I need to decide on a contrasting colour for the spots since I don’t have any worsted weight black yarn.

Little Mr cold hands just decided to try his mitten on!
He called it Elmo, then put it on. Then he quickly flung it off.. But hey It fits!
