Well, that’s an understatement.
This has been a pretty frustrating day. I keep realizing that having two little guys running around playing cops and pointing their pretend guns at me while I am trying to do school work with the older two is not helpful.
I focus on the school work and the two little ones are off sneaking the ice cream out of the freezer and gobbling it up. I go upstairs to see why the little ones are soo quiet, and Jaxom wanders away from his school work.
Azia tends to get grouchy and is always complaining that her brothers are making so much noise she can’t get anything done, or she always has a headache!
Meanwhile I am struggling to get laundry done, keep the floors clear so no one breaks their neck tripping over stuff, dishes, etc etc.. It’s just non stop isn’t it?
Then today in the middle of all this fun I get a call from the fraud division at my bank. It seems someone has gotten my credit card number and posted a test transaction, so they froze my card and are issuing me a new one.
Well a woman who was already on the edge was then thrown over the edge head first screaming!
After a LARGE mug of tension tamer tea.. some truffles from my secret pal stash, a hug from Brian, a LARGE mug of hot chocolate and a little bit of a better afternoon. Things are starting to look up again.
And Brian just called. The project he has been working so hard on has been completed and handed off! So guess what? He’s taking me out to dinner!
