Well I have a new design just about wrapped up:
Jiree is a Japanese word for vest/cardigan. The original idea was a Japanese style vest with easy construction, that is a fast knit and can be done on the Knifty Knitters..Everyone who has seen it so far, agrees it needs sleeves so sleeves it will get! And hey I agree today too!It’s cold!!! BRRRRR.I need time to get the sleeves done and a sunny day to get some good pictures. What you can’t see in this one is that it is a crossover front with a tie, so it is adjustable! I also want to get some other models to show who it will fit,because it will fit people a bit bigger than I! I also need do some math for alternative sizing! Ahh a designer’s work is never done! So look for it by the end of next week! And hey leave me a comment with your opinion.. Sleeves.. or no sleeves? I think in the end I will offer both assembly options!
Also tommorow I should have the pattern up at Lynn Markman’s Yahoo Group for the Red Lady Dancing Grannies hat! (I need some quiet time with me and a cuppa coffee tommorrow morning to get this done!)
I got the Gems collection patterns last night from Saunshine! They are very nice patterns! I cast on for Ruby last night. This is a great one for working on while the kids are doing school work!And hey no lace so I can do it!! I am yet again going to pull the Lotus Top from IWK off my needles. Hmmm who knows I might even destash the SWTC Bamboo yarn.. Dunno. I like it.. I just don’t know what I am going to do with it!!
