I swiped the wrong credit card for my groceries. You know..  the one with my private yarn account that doesn’t even have enough  cash in it to get and order with free shipping at KnitPicks .. had to go and get it taken back and charge it to the other card..

6:05 pm… Local Statcare..

Decision made to not put a stitch in the really deep cut on my 4 year old son’s eyebrow.. instead given a $50 super bandaid to keep on for 5 days..

 5:05 pm At home sitting at the computer

I am chatting it up with Isela on Yahoo IM.. I hear a noise upstairs sounds like a door slamming, someone cries briefly.. I figure that Caleb had shut Julian out of the room again..till I hear Azia say.. you hurt your brother really bad!

4:45 pm home in the living room..

I pack up the swatch I have made out of Lorna’s Laces Shephard sock yarn for the local knitting guild meeting tonight at 6:30 pm. It is to be my first guild meeting, I want to make a good first impression so I have the ‘homework’ ready, I even tuck a copy of my book and two of my knitting looms in my bag for ‘show and tell’ time..

2:30 pm Home..schoolroom

I busily work to knit up the swatch for the guild meeting tonight while the kids work on their school work..

Present time.. Home back at the computer..

Eating some really good chicken cooked by my hubby (have I mentioned he is a pretty good cook?) WAIT a minute.. this was supposed to be my night out.. I still am supposed to go to the post office to send off a small package.. I think I’ll pass.
