I got back to doing some spinning. This is the lovely roving that my one skein secret pal sent me. She assured my not to be afraid of it.. that I could spin it up without ruining it.

I cheated a little. I split it up in to about pencil roving thickness. And gave it a spin. I started out great, and got a little uncoordinated here and there.
So there are a few overspun spots.

The colors are Beautiful!!!

Overheard at my house: “This doesn’t look like Mom’s yarn it looks good..”
“Yes, you are right, it looks like professional yarn, it doesn’t look like that big bundle of stuff from before..”
I guess I am getting better.. must try to make this a weekly habit! Practice practice practice!
