   Holy cow! The new magazine kinda makes up for (all) the burnt dinners, doesn’t it?!!!! Way to go, Denise. You and Isela have given the knitting community something you’ll always be proud of. May you receive 10 times what you’ve given.

   WOW!!! This is awesome! You know how much I need this especially the history portion for my demos on 18th textiles and needlework. Who would have ever thought that little blue knitting loom I bought and literally tossed aside since I couldn’t “get it” would have won me over again.

   Just finished Lynn Carpenter’s article on the knitting loom history. She is so right; it’s tough research because there’s very little out there.

   Congratulations and best wishes for a successful venture. But, more importantly thank you for providing an amateur textile historian/crafter share this rich history with others. With Isela’s guidance purchase my first wooden loom for my demos. The information you share here and now with this new online magazine can hopefully “recreate” some 18th century pieces.
